……End of September
At the end of August and the beginning of September, I took on a script assessment project and ended up reading several dozen plays. After that, I somehow found myself getting back into my own script-reading mode.
I opened up my computer and started going through some of the plays I had saved but never got around to reading. I also happened to visit the National Theatre, and of course I couldn’t resist going into the bookshop and buying a few more books. Just adding a little more to the pile.
What are playwrights interested in? What methods do they use to express the things they care about? And do the methods they choose actually allow them to say what they want to say? These have always been the things I’m interested in learning about and exploring.
As I continue writing, I think reading is just as important as writing itself. You have to keep writing, of course, but you also have to keep reading.
any suggested script ? please comment on below.
